As volunteer publicity officer for Birmingham City Mission, I really want people across Birmingham and the wider region to know more about the fantastic work of this local charity whose dedicated staff have been serving the city and transforming lives since 1966 through wide ranging social action and holistic Christian ministry.
BCM’s projects and practical help include: Homeless Care Centre, Elderlink Lunch Clubs & Home Visits, Resource Centre & Food Basics Bank, Christmas Toy Distribution, After School & Holiday Clubs, Hospital Chaplaincy, Charity Shop & Christian Bookshop, low or no cost Canal Boat Holidays, Youth Camps and much more.
